This Privacy Policy explains Kittyhok, Inc. and its affiliates’ (collectively, “Kittyhok”) practices with respect to the processing of your personal information, which includes the collection, use, processing, transfer, storage or disclosure of your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information we collect, regardless of whether the information is collected when you use the http://www.kittyhok.com/ website; (the “Sites”), through the xmartO product or other equipment you purchase from Kittyhok (“Equipment”), through our downloadable software such as the Kittyhok mobile application (“Software”), or in connection with our home security and automation service (the “Service”). The application of our Privacy Policy remains subject to applicable laws including legislation, regulations and the orders of any courts or other lawful authorities, other lawful requests or legal processes. By using our Sites, Software, Equipment or Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We may periodically make changes to this Privacy Policy that we will include on this page. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy frequently and remain informed about any changes to it, so we encourage you to visit this page often. If Kittyhok makes a change to the Privacy Policy that we believe has a material impact on you, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the change and we may notify you of such change by email if you have provided us with a valid email address. Your continued use of the Sites, Equipment, Software or Service after the revised Privacy Policy has become effective indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to the current version of the Privacy Policy.

How do we process and store your personal information?
We have an international presence, and you agree that to facilitate the use or functioning of our services, your personal information may be processed or stored in Canada and the United States of America. How do we protect your personal information?

Do we use cookies on our Sites?

Collection of Information by Third-Parties
We may implement third party buttons (such as Facebook “like” or “share” buttons) that may allow third parties to collect information about you through such third parties’ browser cookies, even when you do not interact with the button. Information collected through web beacons and buttons is collected directly by these third parties and Kittyhok does not participate in that data transmission. Information collected by a third party in this manner is subject to that third party’s own data collection, use, and disclosure policies.
Kittyhok may permit third party analytics providers, such Google Analytics and Crashalytics, to use technologies such as web beacons and cookies to collect and process certain non-personally identifiable information that helps us understand your usage of our Sites and Service. For example, Google Analytics may collect and process information such as how often users visit the Site and Services, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to this Site.
